Review on General Tools Heavy Revolving 73 by Michael Schafer

I bought this to put holes in my Birkenstock leather straps. The smallest hole is still the next size larger than the original tag holes, but it's close enough. I have a few tags and I've added a dozen holes underneath. It's easy to level and poke a hole in the skin. To clean cut leather from a hollow hole punch tube, simply rotate the hole punch to the other side of the wheel and insert the skewer through the hole to push the leather out the other end. You don't really have to clean it, but I do it once when I'm done with the tool during the day. The wheel spins easily when you want it to, but remains fixed during use. Great tool.
