money well spent. the best of all teapots
i have been making coffee in a melitta single cup for many years. I used to microwave water in a large Pyrex measuring cup and pour it over coffee. This kettle gives me a lot more control over brewing and seems to make my cup of coffee noticeably tastier. The kettle appears to be of very good quality and I expect it to last for many years. I'm glad I bought it. Also not expensive.
