Great tool for managing customer support

I like that it's easy to use, has many features, and syncs with other apps. It also has a good and active community of users who are always willing to help out newbies. There is nothing that I dislike about this product. The only thing I would say is that the interface sometimes gets glitchy when you're in the middle of doing something. However, this is usually just an issue with my computer or internet connection rather than Mojo Helpdesk itself. We have been using Mojo Helpdesk to manage our helpdesk tickets since we started using it. This has made our life so much easier. We can now easily see what tickets are open, assigned, closed, etc. Also, we can assign multiple people to one ticket and even track their progress through the ticket.

  • Lots o options for customization! (ie themes)
  • Very user friendly/intuitive design
  • Multiple ways yo get notified via email & notifications within mojoledesk.
  • Great customer support team they've helped me resolve issues quickly each time i contact them !!! :)
