Very simple and User Friendly Product For Remote IT Support

The best thing about polar is that they are very easy, responsive & efficient in solving customer issues or problems with their products/services as well which makes your work easier by providing you better solutions for all of them! I have no complaints from my side regarding this product but just if i were given an option it would be great when we can see our data online so easily like other companies do? There's nothing much special here since its not really hard working software rather than one where u need more technical knowledge before getting started using such softwares!! It helps me solve queries related to various services provided at workplace including emailing features etc., Its saves time too while having access over internet via mobile device (phone) anywhere anytime without any restrictions unlike emails sent through traditional way, Also gives us options available offline once again whenever required. We use these tools daily mainly during office hours alongwith team collaboration feature also.
