Best used with rims that have a narrow inner channel to cover. Not suitable for tubeless.
These would be even better if they were 2mm wider. However, with conventional rim designs, the strip can be pushed aside during tire installation, which can lead to premature tube rupture. But when you have wheels with a really tight bore, especially when the spoke heads are in the groove, these are champions.
