Very easy to use for simple tasks like moving an image or viewing it, however lacks robustness when dealing with large quantities of images (like in clinical workflows). I prefer not having access as much information that my coworkers have about their patients' details compared to other systems available; such things are always helpful! It can be extremely frustrating if you want more data than what's shown by default but cannot find out all there was/is due privacy laws etc.. You need better tools at your disposal so people who aren't familiar don’t think twice before doing something they shouldn‘s do because someone else made them "see" how bad this could look later down the road - even though he doesn't know anything abouit said patient beyond basic info from his record which will never tell him where exactly did these lesions appear /where were any tests done previously? This way everyone knows everything.
