I really like it but I think your installation instructions could be optimized. The instructions do not mention the metric wrench/head required to install the brackets. The drill required is not the usual size that you will find in the kit. I had to buy it separately at the hardware store. Also, on my truck at least, the nut is blind mounted on the back of the bracket giving very limited access space. The drilling template worked great and without it it would have been much more difficult. A strap is included. for attaching the device to the tailgate lock when the tailgate is lowered. It didn't work on my caravan. The latch did not engage to hold the strap. I just cut off the strap and threw it away. In any case, I see no need. Overall, I'm very satisfied, but many may have problems with the installation.
