Review on Boys' Toddler Puffer Jacket from Simple Joys by Carter's by Tim York

I ordered a blue 4T for my 2 year old which usually goes with 3T for most brands. While the overall length is acceptable, the arm cuffs are very thin/small and short and the chest area is tight. My Lo is annoyed that his shirt sleeves are rolled up when he gets dressed. In general, measurements in terms of size make no sense. We've saved it for spring, but it certainly won't last until fall. Disappointing purchase.
