In general I am satisfied. The carpet is soft, does not pill (yet) and the color is a nice cream. Delivery is slow. It says shipping within a day or two, but not shipping within a week. I ordered a second one and it still hasn't shipped four days later. All sizes are non-traditional. It wasn't a deal breaker for me because of the cost, but shipping was the most frustrating part. Also, dirt is fairly easy to see on this carpet (it's soft, off-white in color), but it vacuums with a nozzle, so it hasn't been a major problem so far.
