That's what happens when it comes to this specific OEM part. It's just as bad as the original. It works for a while and then freezes if you block hubs regularly. I go to the beach a lot, so maybe I'll spend a year or two there. I left some time ago to warn. No more spontaneous switching, but they keep going. This is not a blow to the seller or manufacturer of this particular replacement, the problem is in the design. I feel bad for the low rating but want to make sure I don't present this as a fix for the original part. It's good for a quick fix while still allowing you to go to 4 in the blink of an eye without having to get out to lock the hub.
