I recently came across the SGODA online store when hunting for high-quality items for my furry pet, so I thought I'd give it a try. My interaction with the company, however, was hardly positive. It took me some time to find what I was looking for because the website's user interface was difficult to understand. I was dismayed to see that the items were out of stock when I eventually discovered them. It was frustrating that I had to accept inferior substitutes. I had an urgent need for the supplies, therefore the delay in delivery of my order was annoying. I was dismayed to see that some of the things were missing and the package was broken when my order eventually came. Customer service was called, however the response was tardy and useless. The things I did receive, however, were of terrible quality, which is much worse. My pet swiftly destroyed the toys, and the food's quality did not match what was claimed. Overall, I had a bad experience with SGODA, thus I can't suggest them to other pet owners. The products are frequently out of stock, deliveries are delayed, and customer service is unhelpful. The website's user experience also needs upgrading. The things I received were of poor quality, and I regret having spent my money on them.
