Works great on my 09 Road King
Package arrived on time. Came in two boxes. One about the size of a starter, big enough to fit 3 motorcycle tires with rims. The padding consisted of 2 unfolded sheets of brown paper. It somehow survived the trip, was easy to install and works great. I would buy it again but they need to work on getting it ready to ship. The starter is at 5 so far. I think I got lucky with the delivery so 4 stars.
