This product has been a great blessing to my soon to be 97 year old mother. Bought about 4 months ago. back and she wore it every day. This gave her the opportunity to feel connected to her family in an emergency and to answer the phone while sitting in her chair or anywhere in the house. It is very easy to use, well designed, has rechargeable batteries, is easy to install and requires no monthly fees after purchase. Programming options are excellent. I can't say enough good things about this communicator.
