Good product: Cargo Carriers

Very easy to install all the necessary instructions literally on this page. Common sense is also how to install it properly. Update: Just returned from a 750 mile round trip (200 miles driven in the rain) left everything dry. The bag was on the car and was removed twice. No problem. The bag even folds neatly into the included zippered pouch for easy storage.
