I bought a charger for my Honda Clarity hybrid car to allow for a faster charge than the standard charger. 7 kW vs. 1.4 kW with Honda charger. The charger worked fine for a week, but charging stopped randomly and the display showed "short circuit". I emailed the company and they gave me some tips to keep the voltage stable. When charging, the voltage would fluctuate by 1V and drop by 10V when charging starts. The wiring to the outlet is a 6 gauge only 3 feet long, so it wasn't the wiring to the outlet. My utility says it works within spec. Morek came back and said he would send a replacement tailored to my situation. Shipped directly from China within a week. So far there have been no problems with the new charging cable. The support team went out of their way to ensure I was happy with the charger.
