Cooks great. Easy to clean.

I heated the pan for about 5 minutes over medium heat. Made a ribeye steak. Sprinkle the steak with kosher salt and ground pepper and let rest. Place in pan and brown well (about 3-4 minutes per side). Grill the steak evenly on the gas stove. good lines. Rub it with oil. Placed it in the oven and cooked at 425F until it reached an internal temp of around 140 (medium). Ideal! Then I cooked portabella mushrooms in a pan. Mushrooms cleaned and dried. I mixed some balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, garlic powder, ground pepper and soaked mushrooms into the mixture. Fry them in a pan (do not peel) with a little oil for about 4 minutes on each side. Delicious with the steak! I cleaned the pan with tap water and a blue sponge. It cleans very easily. Dry thoroughly with paper towel. I can't wait to do it again!
