Missing Front Fork Components Could not Assemble

My opinion of the Bike and how it functions, remains to be seen.I received a Bike from a Xspec distributor (Crosslinks).Crosslinks is just a distributor; meaning they get the Bikes from Xspec and sell them.Xspec seems to have a Quality Control issue! My Bike came from Crosslinks through Best Buy within a week.I was excited to assemble and ride the same day because I am rehabbing my Leg from a nerve root condition.Sadly, the Bike was missing the biggest key component. The Front Forks are missing the internal Threaded components that allow you to lock and secure the Forks to both the Fram and Handlebars.See my photo for reference.I mean what am I supposed to thread that locking screw to ?Crosslinks is shipping me a new set of Front Forks and that is great. But the fact that Xspec has a Quality Control issue, bothers me.Hoping to get up and riding soon. Was not expecting my riding experience to take 2 1/2 weeks!Very upset but hopeful that they get it right this time.
