As soon as I received my inline skates I wanted to write a quick review! But then I read other reviews and wanted to take some time to write a more detailed review. Because some of the reviews were unfair and I had great communication and service and wanted to share my experience. I'm relatively new to roller skating, maybe a few years, but I can't bring myself to buy inline skates that cost around $300. who are considered professional. So I prefer to buy "less professional but cheaper". I looked around and didn't buy the first product that came up in my search. As I understand it, this doesn't necessarily mean best price or best quality. Anyway I stumbled across this product and was a bit skeptical that this product didn't have many reviews but I checked out the combo price - it was very good. So I did more research including some reviews. One review said roller skates hurt underfoot. I researched the question, "When inline skating, the bottom of my legs hurts" and it turned out that there are about three reasons for this. (1) These inline skates are adjustable, which means they are not designed for a specific size. The insole of the shoe does not have a proper sole to support your feet. The solution to this problem is that you can buy the sole separately and make it more comfortable (if you want). (2) - Loose straps and laces can hurt your feet. That's what we call "user error" in my job. (3) You have flat feet - in general, I'm sure you've felt uncomfortable buying new shoes even if you don't have flat feet. This is especially true if you have flat feet. For example I don't have flat feet and had some discomfort initially but after a few rides and making sure I tightened the strap (extra) to keep my ankle straight the discomfort is gone but I should anyway buy a sole from a target or whatever something else. Another thing I researched is the hardness of the wheels. The more professional ones are heavier and last longer, but are very slippery. So if you're not a pro on certain surfaces, the wheels can slip and you fall. The softer the wheels are, the more grip they have, they are also softer to ride and lighter in weight. Also, these bikes have headlights! So this is only possible if the wheels are softened to allow light to pass through them. After skating outside all the time I bought some very old inline skates, got hard wheels and replaced mine. So, I'm back in business! I hope this helps answer some questions you might have :)
