Low rating because I didn't receive the protective gear that was supposed to come with my skates. They will become more comfortable as you break them in. They seemed a little weird at first like I have two left skates or something. The starting size fitted my foot perfectly, I wear women 7.5-8, men 5.5, I didn't have to adjust at all. Overall they're not that bad, but of course for the price I didn't expect them to get any better. By the way, the delivery was super fast.
