Best Design and Best Buy! My ShiChi pup who weighs about 9-10 pounds fits perfectly. It was difficult to photograph him in the poor daylight but as you can see my long pup was more than comfortable, plenty of room. More than enough space in the form of a backpack to relax and feel good in a closed room. When extended, it offers the perfect stretching space for its long frame. My sonnet marigold is small but over 20 inches long. She was introduced to the backpack style bag and seemed happy, then opened it up on my bed [photos of her REFRIGERATOR in the bag which I left open but she stayed in. (She prefers to sleep in a backpack as I write this review) Seems to be quality construction and materials. My puppy doesn't want to go outside. GREAT BAG! I look forward to using this because she is very attached to me and gets scared when she can't SEE ME directly. Mesh sides will be very handy for her so she can see that I am there and relax, why take her with you everywhere. I can't give more than 5 stars but I would. The bag is empty. 2 side pockets for stuff. LOVE IT . 1000% recommended. I think ANY miniature, toy and designer breed pets and dogs would be awesome! He's big for my designer breed and she's mature. In my opinion, medium sized Shih Tzu/Pom/Jack Russell Terrier breeds would do well.
