Only lasted 3 months

I love this lamp but it's broken! I have a blind house hen and this is the perfect little lamp to give her a place to sunbathe! I like that the light is adjustable. In any case, from the moment I received it, I always had to tighten the bulb, otherwise it would not light up. The ring where the bulb is screwed fell off shortly after purchase. My husband glued it back on but it took another month or so before it came off again. I ended up buying another one from the pet store.
