I do not like that if I'm holding the shears with the blade at a downward angle, the locking pin always slides into place upon making a cut. You then have to manipulate the locking pin back out of the way with your thumb before you can make another cut. This is irritating and a design flaw. The locking pin should stay in either position once moved there. If unlocked, stay unlocked - if locked, stay locked. Very disappointed that this was an "Walmart Choice" item.
