Driver for Windows 10 did not come

Arrived looks good but doesn't work with my Windows 10. I'm in no way a beginner, tried many different procedures to get it working, all of them have failed. When I tried, the screen kept popping up asking me to contact the company, but the only way you can do this is through Facebook, a program I don't use or intend to use. They don't have a regular email or phone number to reach them, at least none of them are visible or available to me.
