This product probably deserves a much higher rating. I arranged an outside installation with a dedicated 40A circuit. Works like a charm with my wife's 2022 Volvo S60 plug-in hybrid. But it turns out that installation instructions are only available online and to make matters worse I found it impossible to contact support for help when I had a major problem trying to install a Wi-Fi set up connection. Yes. I was spoiled by the high quality of customer service I received whenever I called Apple, Revain, or Microsoft. While my experience with the Smart EV Charger remains positive, I will not be buying any more Grizzled E products. Sometimes a customer really needs quick and easy access to a person.
