I left the original below so you can see my earlier concerns. However, this company has COMPLETELY solved these issues by offering a refund of the purchase price almost 10 months after the warranty expired. I upgraded my one star to four stars. This isn't five stars because I had a serious problem with the device and it took me a while to fix it. The company has continued to support their product even after the warranty period has expired - thanks to them. After 6 months, the charger stopped charging after an hour of use. Contacted the technical staff and provided a detailed description and video of the error including the loading control screen. To explain the behavior, they stated that the charger would reduce the charge by 80% and the charger would shut down due to overheating at 60°C (140°F) device temperature. Both are wrong - the charger has not discharged the charge in the last 6 months and the Chevy Bolt. does not restrict AC charging. The temperature on the control screen was approximately 35°C (95°F). The "explanation" of the error was inaccurate and did not correspond to the actual conditions. The warranty period is 30 days. Although the price is tempting, give it up or be prepared to buy another charger in 6 months like I do.
