For the most part over the past year I have been very happy with these filters. I've used another brand before and they arrived damaged (the box wasn't damaged just the filters inside) and then they didn't give me a refund. They all arrived in good condition, fit as they should and appear to be of good quality. So no complaints. Until last week. My new filters arrived as always, I changed them. never mind However, after a few issues, some water damage, and a huge mess to clean up, I realized that for some reason this current filter set is too narrow and provides adequate airflow, causing my coils to freeze and leading to the above. damage and mess. So buyers should be careful, they may work fine or have this problem. Who knows. I haven't had any problems so far, but this set definitely doesn't fit.
