Great value and product

I was worried this was going to be too short, but it is just the right length (for me) I do have to bend a bit to use it, but not too much. Works great every time.

Pros
  • Nice, easy to use
Cons
  • The wooden material may become too slippery and difficult to grip with sweaty hands

Nice quality good for me

Nicely finished wood, fits well between the heel and shoe to help slide the foot in. Does what it's supposed to do. Enough said.

Pros
  • Like the way it looked, felt in my hand, and it works!
Cons
  • The product may be too cumbersome to pack when traveling

Gift that keeps on giving!

We love this shoe horn. It is so nice to not have to sit down to slide your shoe on. The length of this horn makes it easier to reach down without having to sit down. This is one of my husband’s favorite ebay purchases.

Pros
  • Great
Cons
  • The long handle may make it difficult to use in a seated position

This is helpful if you have issues bending and looks good

It’s a nicely stained and finished wood and with the long handle is useful for me. No problems with the quality after several months.

Pros
  • Not disappointed, would recommend
Cons
  • The product may not be suitable for individuals with latex allergies (if the shoe horn has a rubber tip

Great shoe horn! best in my review

This thing is strong and well built. Not too, big not too small. Just the right size for me and works great. Thanks for attention!

Pros
  • Nice and sturdy. Makes putting on my sneakers very easy.
Cons
  • The wooden material may be too rough on delicate shoe materials, causing damage

TungSam long handle shoe horn

I really like this shoe horn, since it's much easier to use than the typical 4-inch plastic shoe horn. My only complaint is that the part of the shoe horn that goes into the shoe should be a little bit wider.

Pros
  • thick, solid, won't break and easy to use.
Cons
  • The product may not be durable enough for frequent use

Looks great, works well

We always take our shoes off at the door when coming into the house. Having a nice looking, long handle shoe horn by the doorway is very convenient. And a long handle shoe horn is so much easier to use than a stubby, short one!

Pros
  • great product
Cons
  • The shoe horn may not be effective for individuals with particularly stubborn shoes

Wonderful! for my opinion

Simply wonderful! Works as intended. Pay attention to the dimensions, it may be smaller than you would like, but it works like a charm! Best purchase in a while!

Pros
  • Wish it was longer but don’t alway get what you want
Cons
  • Wooden material can easily crack or split over time

Save the back from aching, insert foot with a smile

Why did I wait so long to purchase one of these? Unbelievable how a simple device like this could improve life. Now no need for that painful bending down to fit foot into shoe, simply insert this shoe horn into shoe while setting in a comfortable position then insert foot and slide into shoe. It is very smooth and appears to be well made. Only improvement is lanyard for hanging could be a little longer.

Pros
  • It is a good quality shoehorn. It is easy to use.
Cons
  • The shoe horn may be prone to splintering, causing injury during use

life saver on my review.

My husband has arthritis especially in his hands. He was having a hard time getting his shoes on. After He started using the long handle shoe horn putting on his shoes was a whole new experience. Very big help. Would recommend for any one with arthritis or other problems.

Pros
  • Good quality wood product. Highly recommended.
Cons
  • The long handle may make it difficult to reach certain areas of the foot

Fantastic for most shoes, but thick

Feels great, solid build, looks to be created by a single piece of wood. Only downside is that it’s about 2-3x the thickness of a basic shoe horn. This isn’t as problem for 90% of my shoes, but I have one pair that is tight and for that pair I have to use a different shirt horn than this.

Pros
  • The "spoon" could be a little wider. Seems sturdy enough. Not yet sure how durable.
Cons
  • The product may not fit comfortably in hand for some users

A shoehorn that lasts!

I have had three long-handled shoehorns with metal "spoons" and all three broke or came apart at some point, so I thought I'd try wood. It won't bend or break and is working out very well. It would be nice if the handle were a few inches longer, but I plan on ordering another one to leave in the basement for outdoor shoes. If you're looking for a durable, easy shoehorn, I'd recommend giving this one a try.

Pros
  • Does what I need. New slip on shoes are tight. This helps to get them on easily.
Cons
  • The wooden material may become rough or splintered, causing discomfort during use

Better choice good for me

Reviews are meant to help our fellow. ahhh. ebayians, so thought I'd add this little hint. What I find really works best is a back scratcher! And, this company makes bamboo ones like the one I use. Have to adjust your 'technique' a little but that's simple; pull a shoe over with the 'fingers', start your foot in and slide it down. Then you only need to lean the scratcher back a bit to extract it. Try one!Original; Nice looking; good, solid, properly grained and substantial wood. Far less apt to

Pros
  • Very nice and sturdy. Not too think nor too thin...just right.
Cons
  • The wooden texture may catch on certain fabrics, causing snags and tears
