Not compatible with Xbox One

Not compatible with Xbox One Game/App Storage. I don't think this drive is really USB 3.0 (I think it's really just USB 2.0). Also of poor quality - bad sectors and many disk errors (found in Windows 10).

Data transferred to the hard drive becomes corrupt and unreadable

This product was definitely too good to be true as it caused a headache from the start. It's formatted in ExFAT by default, which I didn't realize at the time until I had trouble moving large files as well as certain file types there. But what also happened was that the successfully transferred files were mostly corrupted and unreadable. I reformatted the drive to NTFS but encountered the same problem that the files were corrupted. The native Windows 10 system error checker was not run to fix…

Slow, unreliable: data storage

This is detected very slowly on my computers and shuts down randomly. I won't be using it anymore because I don't think it will continue to serve as a storage device for my files that I can access in the future.

2TB but be prepared for slow transfer speeds

The product is 2TB but it is not USB 3.0 it is 2.0 because the transfer speed is 6 times slower than my other external USB 3.0 -Hard disk 1 TB. 2/5 for false advertising.

Not 3.0/3.1. 2.0 only

Description says 3.1. Packaging condition 3.1. Unfortunately, that external M.2 is a pathetic 2.0. Confirmed via PS4 and software on my laptop. What's the point of an M.2 drive on 2.0? That's what I like to call polished poop. Either way, it's coming back. No fuss, no fuss.

Slim and light, not bulky at all, the USB cable is thick. A good product.

I just received it today so I don't have much to say except that I did a quick test by transferring a few files. Windows quickly recognized the HD and the transfer was smooth and fast. It arrived on time and well packaged. That's exactly what I wanted. Overall I am happy with my purchase.
