Completely satisfied - shocks, struts and suspension

I ordered this as I was replacing a wheel hub assembly and then found that this was the cause of the wheel play. Arrived the same day and to my surprise there were 2 of them. I figured I would only buy 1 and it was MUCH cheaper than what I could buy at local parts stores.

Really good. for wishbones and parts

I ended up swapping the upper and lower parts in one go. Both hands look well made, steely, as solid as they can be. I tried to get this to work without removing the knuckle. Not so. Do yourself a favor and buy several LCA sockets and pickle forks at the same time. Overall the job was very easy.

Cons
  • can be retrofitted

Best customer service and great product

No product complaints. Works very well on my husband's 2008 Silverado. But the package came with a small hole and missing screw. I emailed them and got a response so quickly. I was given a choice of having a new set or a refund. Since the product was already installed, I received a full refund instead. I will recommend. The support team was 100% helpful.

Cons
  • Good but not great

Easy to do and well done.

lightness. Both sides took less than an hour. Firestone asked for $1,200. lol. Simply loosen the three shock nuts on top and remove the bottom bolt to allow it to move, but do not remove. Loosen the upper ball joint nut and hit it with a hammer to loosen it. . You will need to wiggle the shock forward to remove the bolt. That's all. Reverse steps for installation.

Cons
  • vulgarity
