This is a very good 1/2" impact set. Heads are not too bulky for limited space and are best for me. ,they have nice deep embossings which i can still read long after the engraving has worn off and they are dirty.this is a good case,usually I throw cases away but this one might be worth keeping,also they are thinner than mine different set and they don't fit that tight in the drawer insert anyway. They'll probably use them in a truck on the trail.

So far they are great. So far we've mainly used 17 and 19 for removing wheels and other car-related things. Outlets are much more reliable than the cheaper ones you find at the hardware store. I would say they are more comparable to high end socket wrenches. They also have a great storage organizer to keep them together in the tool box. Can't beat the price, especially if you want a larger size.

From what I know about thorium now, it's considered a strong metal that's slightly softer than hardened steel, but can stretch easily, making sockets less prone to breakage. In my opinion this is good! 😁 The set arrived quickly and comes with a nice stand that's easy to place right in the toolbox drawer to keep things tidy and they look great. I had never heard of the Thorium brand but when it came out I realized they were very proud of the brand. You will receive a "Th" sticker that looks like it came from the periodic table. I checked their website and it looks like this is their only product so far. So they focused on a shock head with a good stand that can be stowed in a tool box. Very good set of 1/2" deep impact sockets with foam storage tray. Due to the height of the sockets they need to be kept on a table or in the deep drawer of a toolbox but I... likes this style of storage much more than socket rails which won't fit big heavy impact sockets.The size is 10mm to 30mm and it includes a 32mm socket which is useful for axle nuts and I'm really glad that they contain 32mm instead of 31mm, a size I don't think I've ever used.
