Adequate and long lasting heat. Great Buy!

These disposable heat pads were a pleasant surprise. I was looking for a portable heating pad that I could wear on the go that didn’t require cords or microwaving. SunnyBay Disposable Heat Pads did not disappoint!The belts are created from a soft, stretchy, paper-like material and they are comfortable against my skin. These belts are quite long and the velcro on the end holds the belt securely in place. I opened the heat pads, allow air to get to them, placed them in the sleeves on the belt…

Works well and quickly

I suffer with back and hip pain often because of arthritis and overworked muscles. I just had to try these hot patches when I saw them offered. They are terrific for large areas and adhere well to the skin. These warm quickly to begin the pain relief process. Although they do not make the area pain free, these hot patches are very well worth having on hand to deter most of the joint and muscle pain. I will keep them in stock.

Heat is on the milder side

This includes four reusable velcro belts where you can insert the heat patches to use around your body and have it stay in place. The heat pads themselves are air activated and take about 20 minutes to heat up after opening. This is advertised for pain relief but I found these to be on the milder side in terms of heat. These are much better for use to relieve menstrual cramps more so than knee and muscle pain. They are very easy to use though and the wearable belts are a well thought out…

Take About 30 Minutes To Warm Up

There are 24 disposable heat pads and 4 stretchy belts in this package. The belts work very well to hold the pads close to the body and are so comfortable they are barely noticeable when worn.The 4" by 5" pads are vacuum sealed in individual plastic envelopes. Once you cut the envelope open and remove the pad they start to warm up for the next half hour or so. Work great! Warmer longer than expected. I use it on a pulled muscle in my back. Very comfortable. No problem going through security check at airport. Easy to apply.

It does heat up but there are issues

These do heat up, it’s takes about 20 minutes but my issues is with the belts. They are just too flimsy and they stretch out too much. I used for my shoulder and my wife used it for her back. She said she had to sit with a pillow behind her so the heat can really penetrate. I would not buy again.

Wonder patch for sore back

I suffer from painful, sometimes debilitating sciatica. These patches work wonders on my lower back. They stay hot a long time, huge boon. I looked them better than the similar and more expensive patches from our local stores. They stay in place until I'm done with them AND the ingredients in the pouches can be used to fertilize your plants!

Works great for fast relief

I like these back heat warmers because they are disposable. They provide the relief I need quickly for my lower back aches and pains. They are easy to use and combiner for on the go travel. You can just throw a few in your suitcase and they don’t take up much space. The warmth lasts long enough for what I personally need it for.
