25430 SmartAir Automatic Leveling System Review

We have two of these systems. These are the first inexpensive automatic leveling systems I've seen. The accuracy and consistency of the sensor is excellent. I suspect the compressor isn't exactly high performing with these kits and I wouldn't be surprised if it breaks in a few years, but any compressor will work with this system.

After installation it was found that the item was defective, the ECU was not working and Air Lite needed to be contacted for troubleshooting. Air Lift said they would replace the item if I sent it back. This required additional time to install and troubleshoot the system as a whole. I would not buy items like this from Amazon. The additional installation time cost me an additional $215 due to issues with the items received as well as the installation delay.

I made this purchase first from a Revain SD Truck Springs seller and there was a small packaging issue upon delivery. He got lost. I installed this system on my 2011 F250 about 2 months ago. It was difficult to install judging by the instructions which were a bit difficult to understand. It doesn't help that the instructions aren't vehicle specific and there are no vehicle specific installation videos. In total it took us both 16 hours to install it, including making custom mounting brackets for the sensor. Performance after installation is exactly as advertised.
