We also added Velcro straps at the end of each rib so that you can install various decorations to make your outdoor area perfect. The top vent allows for adequate airflow but also protects the patio table umbrella from strong gusts. ECO-FRIENDLY: The certified 240 gsm (7.08 oz/yd2) olefin canopy produces less pollution during the production process. Its excellent fabric density and characteristics create a long-lasting UV protection barrier, providing an unparalleled anti-fading fabric for this gorgeous outdoor patio umbrella. We proudly provide a 3-year canopy fabric waranty. HIGH END METAL FRAME: The frame is built with top-of-the-line steel, which allows the frame to stand tall without the fear of bending or breaking. The hardware is sealed with a thick antioxidant coating to protect the frame from corrosion, rust and damage. OPERATION & USE: Rotate the reinforced handle to open and close the canopy; press the tilt button to tilt the canopy 45° left or right to provide adequate shade all day. Please use the umbrella strap to secure and protect the patio umbrella in a closed state. Glad I Kept It for my opinion

I wasn't going to keep this because some of the parts are plastic and because this olefin doesn't seem as waxy as the olefin umbrella I have from another company last year.I ordered this because it has vents and I have an uncovered balcony that gets a lot of strong wind.This umbrella is very sturdy. The vents prevent the entire umbrella from falling over like the one I had last year ( I will note however that I've always purchased a weight bag --- which you fill with sand -- that is designed to

Product issue but great customer service

This is an update to our previous review. While the product did break, the company was prompt in addressing the issue. Products can be defective from time to time. Excellent customer service in responding to a problem is not always the case. We now have a new umbrella to enjoy the summer on our deck.

Great value and great quality umbrella.

This is a really high quality umbrella. I was looking for a three tier umbrella but they’re all very expensive. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this umbrella was for the price. Already re-ordered a second one!

Fades Very Quickly best in my review

I chose this umbrella specifically because of the 3 year fade guarantee. As you can see in the photo, it has faded A LOT. It was delivered on April 4th and wasn’t put out until the beginning of May, so in two months it looks like it has been in use for years, not months. I realize the sun can do damage, but this is substantial. I bought this to replace an umbrella that had been in use for 5 years and it wasn’t close to being this faded. Good Value for the Money

Delivered promptly in decent packaging. The quality seems very good for the money. Fabric is dense and does not feel cheap. Sewing looks like it will hold up. The pole and umbrella struts are not flimsy and appear to be of good quality. The mechanism for raising and lowering the umbrella is tight and ratchets as it moves. Remember it does not come with a base. I used a stainless-steel base that bolts directly to the concrete and takes up very little space. The base can be found on Ebay…

Received our new, brick red, 9 ft umbrella yesterday. I was immediately impressed by the thank you letter enclosed and two thoughtful cards. Great value! best in my review

Olefin is a great fabric to beat the desert heat! It is stain, sunlight and fire resistant. It is lightweight so it enhances the ease of putting up and taking down the umbrella. I love the vibrant color!

Quality product except for fading

The size and tilt options of the umbrella provide good shade for our patio seating. The operation to open and close is smooth and quick. It feels stable and holds promise for a long life. One other thing worth mentioning with this 10 foot umbrella if you are short in stature, reaching the tilt button is a bit challenging. Great umbrella good for me

This umbrella is as described. It seems that it is good quality. We have the sand/beige color and after being outside for the summer it still looks good. It is a good product for the price we paid. Would definitely recommend others to consider this product.
