I've always hated towel dispensers. Most rip the damn towel if you pull on it. I came across Tork after the restaurant we work with started using them. I'm usually a sucker for salespeople/commercials but this is the best dispenser/towels I've come across. Towels are cheaper than paper towels and soft enough to blow your nose. We were impressed enough to buy some for the house and write this review.

Cannot always be pulled out with a towel. The spring inside is not working properly. The spring can be rusted or misplaced but I always have trouble with it and have to reach inside to get a towel. Beats the purpose of a pop up towel. Revised review. Having trouble getting the paper out, I decided to order Tork paper. I bought Tork Soft towels and found that the first bundle of towels I used rolled up perfectly. So I suggest if you have trouble with the nib you can use Tork paper.

While the product does what it says on the tin, I can only give it one star for the stickiness of the company that sells it.
