A valuable product that has also paid for itself with a slight increase in fuel consumption. Highly recommended for comfort reasons.

I have installed K&N filters in every car I have owned in the last 25 years. You have never let me down. One engine was stripped down after 125,000 miles with K&N and still had cross hatch to keep mud out!

I have had these filters on previous vehicles and have never had to trim excess silicone from poorly finished edges. I'm a fan of the product, but I'm not keen on sloppy quality control.

They fit perfectly and will prove to be a good investment, if not in need of replacement just have to wait and see if they just need to be cleaned at the next service interval. The price was the same or lower than the OEM so it wasn't a problem for me.

I have used this brand in all my cars for two decades. Of course, my C43 AMG breathes better with it. Although the quality wasn't very good. The plastic was extremely poorly cut. Thin pieces of plastic hang down the sides of the filter. The picture shows some of them. This special section seals the clean side of the filter box. In general I am satisfied with the purchase. They were lightly oiled so I rubbed the silicone. The reason for only 2 stars is the extra silicone that was attached to the filter. I don't want to know what happens if silicone gets into one of the cylinders. Fibrous pieces were hanging from both filters. There should have been a much better product finish or pre-packaging check. The photo shows the largest piece, over an inch long. The other filter had about 6 smaller pieces that had to be cut…
