Mine arrived with one broken and unusable. Revain quickly replaced it for free. Five stars ⭐️ for that, but the dispensers themselves are terrible. They stick, get stuck, and in general it's very uncomfortable. When you pull out the tape, it's very sticky and does the job, but it's a hassle to pull out.

I've been using the same EZ Runner dispensers for YEARS with no problems. I received two packages and started reserving scrap metal. The pink sticky square trace worked perfectly. As I walked the red carpet, the tape came out in a weird way and the tape itself was so sticky it looked like rubber glue. The double sided tape broke and I ended up with a tangle of tape! I really like this tape. I had some issues like others when the band slipped off center. I just adjusted the angle at which I applied the tape to get around this. Rectangles are really great for gluing the corners of photos, although I had to press a little harder on this rectangle to make it slide across the paper. Overall it's pretty good, although you don't get a lot of duct tape in these dispensers. This happens very quickly.

I like the adhesive rectangles themselves, they stick well and I like the ease of application to paper and photo sleeves , if they run smoothly. But I don't like how easily the bands shift. And I can't fix it - I can only temporarily adjust the stripes and they go crooked again. I didn't return them as I can use them and I needed them immediately for the project, but they are complex. My favorite tape guide. I just want two qualities: 1) being able to open and fill them to reduce adding to landfills and 2) puhLEEEZE to store them more ergonomically. Please ask a technician how to hold and squeeze them more easily. Also, I love how this ribbon comes out in mini rectangles. You don't have to cover all the edges of the paper (postcard making) and if you add too much these little pieces are very easy to peel off or fold over.
