Male, 5'8", 156 lb, ordered the Medium. It's a snug fit around chest & arms, but the lower area is loose & rides up. The arm holes too small and chafe me when swimming. Since there is no way to tie down I don't see that there's any way this product could do what it's supposed to do.

I've worn a lot of wetsuits, but nothing like this. It smelled like toxic fumes for weeks after I bought it, even after airing it out outdoors. I returned it.

I am 6' 35 waist 41 chest, exactly "large' according to the chart.nope, I would not be able to use this, way too tight and very difficult to zip.perhaps because of the ill fit. As others have mentioned.left handed zipper which is awkward. I'll never use it so can't comment on how well it works in the water.
