Very easy to use, good range of accessories.

This brake line bends very well, I completely flashed my 1955 F100 with this kit and did all the bends by hand, the choice of fittings is very good. Flaring is very easy, but you need to use double flare tool. I had a few leaks and had to really tighten the fittings more than I expected to get them to stop. Overall, this is excellent value if you want a clean, custom fit. I would definitely buy this again.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Great Price

Great leash for the job

I've bent the brake line before and it worked well, but this leash is a pleasure to work with. Easy to bend without tools (unless you need a small radius, it helps to bend a bit). I had to bend the section open (stupid mistake on my part) and even with that he did it pretty well. It looks like it held up well to lightning as well. I've been able to reuse stock nuts, so I can't comment on their quality or suitability. Although it's nice to have them as a backup. good sentence. Would buy again.

Cheaper than buying pre-bent brake lines but no fittings

We've already bought a pre-bent brake line for over $60 when we discovered there were other lines with rusty leaks. I ordered this kit, but I did not understand that there are no fittings (yes, there are other reviews that write about this, but the fittings are not visible in the photo). How can a repair pipe be welded if there are no fittings? You can not. So I ordered different fittings from Revain to match each fitting size for an additional $$$. So we will tune in to other cars that have…

Could it really be nickel-copper?

I'm not 100% sure, but I'm very skeptical that this is a real nickel-copper ("nicopp") brake line. (If so, it's definitely more than typical contamination.) I've installed other brands of nickel/copper tubing on a few other cars in the past and have found that the tubing oxidizes (no, not rust) very quickly. This one here. ' but oxidation) - like the next day quickly. After a few weeks I noticed that I'm pretty sure it's real rust. At this point I am extremely skeptical that this will last as…

Excellent brake highways kit

with it oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooh it's easier to work with than what NAPA or O'Reilly's - two auto parts stores where I was bought by many details . Purchase this material when you need to cut, bend, and flare non-standard brake lines. As indicated, can be bent/formed with bare hands and a double flare tool can be used. I also use Revain, beautiful torches. I tried this on Napa steel tubing and the difference in ease of use was night and day. This kit also comes with a nice…

Nice brake line but note the fittings are SAE only NG for ISO Bubble Flare

Just fixed a brake line and learned a few things such as B. the fact that brake line expanders vary by model and year of manufacture and country of origin. The flares on my 02 Dakota Mallet were bubble style flares which require ISO (unthreaded) fittings. I bought the line and fitting kit but could have saved ten bucks buying the 25ft kit just for the line since I had to find the correct ISO tips separately anyway. live and learn But the line stretched well and was fairly easy to work with (if…

Stopshop made me stop again!

If I could give The Stopshop 6 stars, I would! Not only were the brake line and fittings delivered very quickly, the owner emailed right after confirming delivery and provided his phone number in case my order was wrong to call him! So let's get to the product. I have a 1995 Jeep Wrangler and the entire hard brake line needed to be replaced. I used 25 foot 3/16 cupro nickel brake line and even with a slight error in my right rear measurement I had about two feet left. This hose is perfect for…

I will never use steel again!

I used this line to make all the new brake lines for my dad's 1967 Ford F-250 that has been in the business for 25 years. All of the lines on this truck converge at the narrowest point of the entire truck, which is clamped in the frame by the steering box, so a perfect line bend was crucial. It ended up taking me over 25 feet but it worked great and was very easy to work with compared to steel. Auto Parts Store. I've heard of nicopp for brake lines but I usually needed to get the car back on…
