This remote is for specific models and will not work with all Rokus. Oops. I should have read a little more carefully. It's okay, I can go back. But I can not. Store policy states that they follow the Revain policy which states that Prime items can be returned. This item was Prime, so why can't it be returned? If you are absolutely not sure that this item will work exactly with what you have, do not buy it. One star for questionable return policy.

I put in a 5121X TCL 43" Roku Smart TV, model 40FS3750, put in two new batteries and turned on the new remote and it works great. The software buttons on my old, original remote were worn out. To be honest be, for that price I should have gotten a few more and put them in different spots in the living room so I can grab one and control the TV wherever I am!

Works great! Just as good as the original that came with my Smart TV. I wanted an extra for "my side" of the bed, free of charge my husband keeps the remote on his side. 😉My only complaint is that when I use the volume buttons, they get confused with the colors of the LEDs in our bedroom. Apparently they are on the same frequency or something. But I don't think it's a "defect" of the remote control (the original one that came with the TV does the same).

Unfortunately, my original remote control didn't survive a trip in the washing machine after being scooped out with the sheets. Because the Xfinity remote "better than I ever wanted to play around with" won't even get my TCL Roku TV to turn on and display any channels (it took hours of tech support and remote replacements to get a fancy, big remote control volume and select channel), I need a TCL remote control. There are 3 navigation buttons on the bottom of your TCL TV. Use it from the [Home] screen, go to [Settings], right-click > [System], then right-click [About] again and select [About].
