I use this bit to cut 3/8" slots for tenon joints with a Bosch 1617 router. You will need a Bosch 2610906287 3/8" collet and you can find the ASIN number B0009H5MPW. Works very well and stays sharp for a very long time.

I only used this bit for about 20 minutes. I recently received a PM-25MV router and in order to fit a vise onto the router the shanks and screw heads had to be routed to fit the T-slots. This end mill cuts through steel like butter and leaves a very nice finish.

End mill not as long as pictured, description says correct length. This end mill is the same length as the cheaper end mills I ordered at half price. The end mill feels sharp and comes with an extra plastic cap to protect the cutting edge compared to the cheaper end mills I've ordered which is good to see.

I bought this end mill as a final piece to complete my 80% floor and it worked great. The delivery was fast and the quality of the product is exactly what I expected. As for the end mill itself, the shank is more than adequate to get the required depth and gives the metal a smooth and "finished" look and feel. I also liked the company. I recommend it to anyone who wants to use it for this or a similar application.

bit arrived in excellent condition but not the bit I was expecting. Unfortunately it does not match the description or the picture. The flutes were not 7/8 inches long, but 1 1/16 inches long, the overall length was correctly 2.5 inches. This made it quite difficult to use in a device for my setup. I needed a smooth wall, a square undercutter and something that could be drilled with a drill and stay sharp.
