Nylon Fuel Repair Tubing Coil, 1/2 inch x 25 feet by 4LIFETIMELINES Review

Ordered 5/16 and as you can see the pipe doesn't even have a 1/4" OD. The project delay cost me 2 days. We will not be ordering this brand again.

I love this stuff. It's cheaper than your local parts store. I always keep a 3/8 and 5/16 fuel line reel on hand. Paid $48 per roll.

Replaced about 5 feet of a steel fuel line that was rusty and leaking. This nylon line feels just as strong as the Dorman line I previously purchased. No leaks after fitting the compression fitting. So far very satisfied.

The hose says 'brake line' even though it's sold as a fuel line, I don't know if that matters. The hose is very stiff but at the same time thin so I'm not sure I can use it for the reason I bought it which was a fuel line hose for a portable tank. After all, it's a 25-foot nylon tube.

I bought this to rust out the fuel lines on a GMC Jimmy. This material is easy to work with if you have a nylon assembly tool. Was able to lay a new line from the tank to the fuel filter without any problems and the trucks have been running great ever since. Definitely easier than the alternatives.

Good quality fuel hose, works great for the money. But be careful with the advertised image. I ordered 1/4" because it had a 1/4" inner diameter, it's not. Sizing is by OD, not ID, so I had to repurchase the 5/16" size to get a 1/4" ID to fit my application.

This fuel line is measured on the outside diameter and will work with barbed push-fit fittings or even compression fittings such as those used for copper tubing except those for nylon tubing must be used with an insert, or the compression fitting itself must have an insert built into the fitting.
