I have been a welder for over 40 years and these are by far the best, most durable and strongest cutting blades I have ever used. I've used the ones that are literally 5-7 times more expensive but they don't work that well. After my first purchase I bought two more lots because they are so outstanding. That's all I'll ever use and their sanding pads are just as good. Warning, always use protective gear when using these discs ie a face mask over goggles and welding gloves because sooner or later

I've been using HF drives for a long time and they worked, but I've tried a lot so I started looking. From what I've seen they last longer than HR and are on par with branded products and I've never had a break. I used them last night to cut 1/8" thick steel and they tore it apart as expected. I used them to cut 3/4" thick plates for the weight of my tractor and I went with every 18" cut through 1 disk. and killed a high frequency grinder. I don't understand the comments about disk thickness…

I use cut-off wheels to cut armor. I almost burned the entire box before writing this. The 46 wheels helped me get through 500 inch 3/8 inch carbon steel and 500 inch 1/4 inch carbon steel plate. It's probably 25 inches on a 1/4 inch plate per wheel and maybe a little less at 3/8 inch, that's a lot. I suspect it's on par with Blue Fire and Gemini, which are my regular stocks.
