Faster and louder - air intake

I installed a K&N 57i intake kit on my Renault Clio 1.6L 16V 110HP. 2007. Having been in the car for almost 2.5 months I can only give an opinion which is not supported by reliable data. I know this car isn't available in the US, but it's similar to other small 5-door, small-engine cars. Renault and Nissan are managed by the same CEO. The only other modification I have to the engine is to use Pulstar BE-1 spark plugs. My first impression of the K&N was a lot more power, I wasn't expecting that…
