The hair itself is still beautiful and soft. I will be sending it back because I need blonde tips and not Brown. I wasn't going to leave a comment bcuz I thought I was good to go - BUT - before I soaked "the synthetic" in ACV and warm water I noticed the lengths were inconsistent. I ordered 2-packs. Both colors/length were supposed to be the same (T350/12"/8 Pieces). However, I received on 12" and one 8"-ish. Main point they aren't consistent. I like the hair , but it doesn’t feel the same especially ordering for the 5th time. I noticed on my last 2 deliveries on the package it’s says tiana passion twist. On the past 3 other packages it says toytress tiana passion twist . I am not ordering anything different then the first times. I having been ordering for now almost 2 years. I loved the ombré effect of this hair. I got many compliments on it. The hair to me can be quite heavy. I initially was going to do a full crochet, but it was too heavy in the front of my head so I had to take it down and do individual twists in the front and then crocheted the back. Only kept them in 3 weeks because as they grew out they were putting too much weight on my edges

The hair is soft, no smell, color is fire and lightweight. However, for the price not enough strands in the pack. This ladies, is 2 full packs! And by that I mean almost 200 strands!

Color was pretty and I got a lot of compliments. Had them in for a month and when I took them out they were still in great shape. I could probably use them again. I won't because I don't have a ton of storage space. I washed them right away and they were still looking great. I didn't even use all the included hair.

I love the color of this hair it is super lightweight and has no odor it was easy to install and keeps its shape when a strand gets wet. I would have liked to get an invoice inside the box just to make sure what I ordered was in fact what was placed in the box
