Was expecting more. Hard to pull

Somehow I didn't expect that my drawers will be so hard to pull. And the closing part is not as far as I was thinking. Will not buy them next time.

  • Sturdy and decent function. Some just don’t work correctly. Buy extras.

Soft Close pins sheared off

I bought 12 of these, and the soft-close white plastic pins that release the spring have sheared off. At first I thought it was my installation, but I checked that everything is aligned and I am using the provided screws. After three pairs failed I simply took one out of its package and slide in and out with barely any force and the pin broke. I grabbed the second one from the package and exact same thing happen. It can't be my installation if I haven't installed them yet.They still work, just…

Got this one and another brand from home depot (their best seller) and this one was better- smoother slide and easier soft close.

These slides have been upgraded!

I originally purchased the set of ten slides in September of 2020. Since three have failed. The first replacement was sent from Lontan at no charge. When I purchased the third set I noticed the plastic tang that activates the soft close mechanism had been upgraded to a metal one. I recently had another set fail. So I purchased the set of six knowing the rest are doomed. I just wish Lontan had upgraded these earlier. Spending a lot of time and money to replace them, but they are now the best…

Great budget guides.

All 6 worked fine out of the box. Reasonably smooth operation and self closing work with a little touch. Will use again. Exactly as described!

Very nice drawer slides!

These are great! much better than the liberty slides i installed in my other drawers. Sturdy and the soft close feature actually closes thr drawer as you would expect, unlike the crappy liberty’s i bought!

Soft close mechanism doesn't work properly

Every time I open the ******* drawer slide the mechanism that's supposed to be soft close pops back. I spent 4.5 hours on one drawer slide and I'm honestly so mad it's not even funny.

  • These slides may make a loud noise when closed

Slides are great. Be careful of excessive grease and junk screws.

So far these slides work well. Take note they’re way over greased, so be careful not to get grease all over your unfinished drawers. Also they’re better off not supplying screws as they’re the wrong screws for these slides.

Soft close feature broke within 6 months.

Good smooth slides, but the soft close feature broke within six months of installation, and are subsequently failing on more in our kitchen. We have had these since 2021, but wouldn’t purchase again.

Had one slide that had an issue. Notified amazon who notified the manufacturer and they send a replacement right away. Within a few days of sending them a picture. Great service.

Very smooth best in my review

These are very high quality drawer slides and a great value! They’re also very sturdy. The only complaint I have is the instructions are hard to understand.

Poor quality. for my opinion

Very poor, after less than a month the soft close is not working and i have to install new one because the drawer will not stay closed. I contacted the company to see if they will replace the ones gone bad, but got no response.
