Will not fit vehicle. Screw patterns do not match. The rigid vacuum line hose is cheap plastic. Made two full turns and snapped the thread. The inlet itself is too short to reach the heat shield.

Great product. I wasn't sure if it was worth spending the extra money on a K&N air intake but decided to give it a try. I'm very glad I did this. I've bought several unnamed air intakes and have always had to tweak something to get them to fit well. And k&n fits perfectly, looks great and sounds better than everyone else. I would definitely buy again for any other car. The extra money for k&n is worth it.

I like the cold air intake, it works as it should but be aware that it fits the 2018 Chevy Malibu exactly which means you have to bend the shield to get it to get . fits, and if you put a protective sheet where the filter should be, you will not be able to properly attach the filter to the intake manifold. This is a great intake system as it is made specifically for your car. Looks amazing and sounds great, especially on turbocharged cars. I noticed quite a big difference in performance after installation. And I didn't have a factory air filter, before that I had a k&n air filter. This opens the system completely and you can hear the turbo. The only downside I have is that it's pretty tight on your car and can rattle a bit.
