How is this better? Lacking the Wow.

I've had this for 3 or 4 months now. Sure, I don't use it much, but I thought I was buying a really nice tool. I just went to use it to replace the battery on a device, and the bit fell out. It is NOT magnetic. WHY? I mean, I get it that sometimes you don't want a magnetic bit because you are dealing with sensitive electronics, but for fock sake, why would you try to have interchangeable steel tips without a magnetic receiver? Gravity is still a thing regardless of what you are working on. I am

Pros
  • I’m an LDO and this is probably one of the best purchases I have made. I love this device!
Cons
  • Nice concept, wimpy device. I wanted to love this--but didn't. Returned.

I bought the wowstick and fell in love with it. It has been perfect at every corner and did everything i needed. I never put it to any heavy duty use and used it sparingly on projects as i did them and it sat in it case for periods at a time. I recently came to use it and it started to die and when i plugged it in i notice the light did not come on, which was the first red flag. I tried to let it charge overnight and it still was dead, i switched cables and dc adapters to no avail. I decided to

Pros
  • A tool for those that actually need a tool, for the purpose of using it. :)
Cons
  • Battery life is less than advertised

Too many flaws to recommend.

The torque on this little thing has been sufficient for the tasks I used it for. The reason I only gave it 3 stars is because of a design flaw. The driver is smooth and round, so unless you really grip it, it will spin in your hand. They should have either put a rubberized grip or made it squared. 2nd issue is the tighten button on the switch stays down unless you toggle it into reverse. I don't know if it was designed that way or I got a defective unit. 3rd problem is the case they give you…

Pros
  • Well made, love the feel and strong enough not to strip small fasteners!
Cons
  • Replacement batteries are expensive

Excellent 👍 best in my review

I love mine. It makes taking apart my keyboards a breeze as well as putting them back together. Exactly what I needed Inaccurate torque control!

Pros
  • ‎Lithium Polymer
Cons
  • Inaccurate torque control

Nice craftsmanship and drive train - seems tough.

I'd like to offer 2 ideas to improve your product. 1) The base/stand should have been a magnetic charger. What a missed opportunity! It would have been glorius! 2) The USB connection should only exist at the base of the stand & not the driver. The driver should not have any openings for dust particles. Think about it, without a plug at the back of the driver, you'd have more room to add a longer life batt.

Pros
  • Power Tools
Cons
  • Can't handle thick screws

It's a gimmick overall

There's no real torque at all, and feels like a regular screwdriver in your hand, so if a screw is tight, you'll naturally let the motor do what it can, and when it stops too soon, you twist it like any other screwdriver.Apparently, this will kill the motor inside in short order, so don't do that.Comes with lots of tips and doodads, just don't rely on using the screwdriver itself for very long. The base is weighted, but is only a holder, it does not charge the screwdriver. The charging port is…

Pros
  • Power & Hand Tools
Cons
  • Cannot be used with an impact driver

this is a toy. - my new review

i was impressed with the design and packaging. and that is about the end of my positive thoughts on this.i took it out of the box and charged it straight away to make sure i would start with 100% charge. it charged up in an hour or so, and upon first use. i was immediately underwhelmed. it was noticeably weak - and i didnt have a lot of expectations as i knew it stated it had 3Nm torque.that is a lie. i used a manual torque screwdriver to test and set a screw with 2nm. it was unable to budge…

Pros
  • With 3 LED Shadowless light, Equipped with magnetic board, holding the screws taken off from the reparing items, no screws lost.
Cons
  • Not suitable for left-handed individuals

Great Fun little tool

I've been wanting this for so long but nothing to use it for. Recently started building my first custom keyboard and this tool does the job! You can use it as a normal screwdriver as well to loosen tight screws then let the tool do the rest. Overall a great tool with A LOT of bits to use for your hobby or building needs.

Pros
  • LED light ensures you can see what you're doing even in low light conditions
Cons
  • Doesn't come with enough screwdriver bits

It’s.ight good for me

It’s a bit weak to work on rc cars and such but I’m sure it’s more than enough for a computer or cell phone. Battery life is decent; what you should expect from a small electric tool. Haven’t used it in about 2 weeks and it’s still going. Did notice the motor hiccup when spinning from one direction to the other but it has only done it once and hasn’t since then. The tool bits it comes with are okay but I have rounded 2 heads pretty easily.

Pros
  • Ergonomic design ensures a comfortable grip, even during extended use
Cons
  • The motor gets hot quickly

Great for the hobbies around the house, and kids toys.

Case that it comes with can only handle one set of bits , upgrade the case to hold all items with charger. Thanks for attention.

Pros
  • Easy to operate, even for those with limited DIY experience
Cons
  • The bit size selection is limited

Be careful on my review.

I love the presentation of this product. If you are tightening something you have to make sure it doesn’t over do itself or from then on it won’t work. I tightened a screw until it clicked once and now I have to push the forward switch and back switch a few times to get it working again

Pros
  • Extremely versatile, capable of handling a wide range of fasteners and screws
Cons
  • The handle is too short for comfortable use

Torque is very low, otherwise okay

The Wowstick is quite a nice electric screwdriver, saves my hands when doing a lot of repairs. The build quality is very nice, the light works alright, though it would be nice to be able to leave it on. It comes with just about all the bits you could ever need to get right into disassembly and reassembly. However, the screwdriver itself is very weak. Many times, I needed to help the screwdriver out by twisting it while it was running. I will probably return this and get a driver with adjustable

Cons
  • The charging cable is short

Not enough torque - my new review

This thing doesn’t have enough torque. Would be good for RC cars and smaller items but not good for what I needed it for. Thanks for attention!

I have try and bought several of this kind and I can tell for sure that this model will make a difference is so useful and Im very please with the Price/quality relation.Give it a try and you will see.

Pros
  • Slick. Strong & effective
Cons
  • Limited torque power

Works great! I like it !

I’ve used this for only a couple times turning trim pots and screws for circuit boards. It seems to work well. I like it! In the past, working on flat screen TVs. I would have given anything to have had this with the correct bits when I worked on my flat screen tv. There are A WHOLE LOT OF SCREWS with special sizes. It would have made my repair so much easier if I had this tool. The best part about it though is, is that you wouldn’t screw-up the screws from the movement of screwdriver use. A…

Great for little miniatures project.

I like this for real quick screw in and works. Battery great life thus far charged only once and still kicking. Quickly build a PC by screwing in the screws. It's not extremely powerful, and for me that's a plus as I use it for small applications and pc build.

Pros
  • ‎wowstick
Cons
  • The dual-mode feature is not useful

I love how careful this screwdriver feels. I purchased a Dremel electric driver for building desktops and used an adapter for quickly tearing down laptops with precision bits, but it felt so aggressive even on the lowest torque. This is gentle enough that I don't feel like I'm going to damage anything even on reassembly. The main complaint I have is that the bit containers and "carrying case" are absolutely stupid. If the case was held together by more than magnets I would consider it mediocre…

Pros
  • Offers a great alternative to traditional screwdrivers for quick and precise work
Cons
  • The screwdriver has no reverse function

Not worth $50 - my new review

A little underpowered which really is to be expected, but the force needed to keep the bit from popping out of the screw head is enough to bog down the motor. So I’ve got to loosen each screw manually enough that i might as well just take it all the way out. For some reason the carry case only has enough room for the screwdriver and one of the 3 bit sets. So it’s never really all stowed away. Not feeling great about dropping 50 bucks on this, that’s the bottom line. 3 stars mainly because it…

Not bad but not ideal

This screwdriver kit is useful and not bad quality but I wouldn’t use it to break free tight fasteners. It is however handy for what it’s meant for, small jobs. The base that comes with the kit is absolutely worthless and falls over every time, it is smaller diameter at the bottom and is rounded so it just falls over naturally! The screwdriver and bits seem to work well though and and I do find myself using them often. The price is pretty steep though for such a small tool that will only be…

Pros
  • ‎Wi-1
Cons
  • Screwdriver bit storage is limited

Out-performs my $129 programmable mini screwdriver!

Man, after using this, I kinda feel like I wasted my money on that 'digital programmable screwdriver' gimmick. I bought that because I was sooo happy with their also-programmable micro soldering iron (which is seriously a game-changer! That thing is AWESOME!) but the screwdriver? Garbage. This however is great! Just enough power, and a manual clutch for hand-tightening (or loosening) right at the ends. And the buttons for forward/reverse are in the right place too.The *only* thing I can knock…

Pros
  • Convenient charging dock means you can keep it charged and ready to go at all times
Cons
  • The tip can get stuck in the screw
