Near enough! best outdoor accessories

i got it. My truck is 23 years old and if something breaks the replacement may be inaccurate. I had to modify the bracket and mounting plate to make it fit. It's better than nothing, but not in stock. Anyone can do this job with a little manual dexterity, but don't expect it to be ready to use right out of the box.

Pros
  • great price
Cons
  • some trouble

The product failed on first use.

This was made from the worst and cheapest materials. Spare wheel lifter broke halfway on first use. A completely useless item that must be outlawed in order to be sold on the open market. It's unrealistic how awful the product was. Very difficult to assemble as the holes did not line up and an hour of assembly time was wasted only to spend another hour deflating the tire and removing the item. Shame on Revain for marketing this product.

Pros
  • Excellent overall quality
Cons
  • Doubtful

Won't hold - spare wheel holder

I used this on the F350 because the old part was cut out and the old spare was stolen. I installed this and everything seemed fine, but after driving to UP from Chicago, I found that the tire had some sag and slack. I thought it was probably because it was new. I drove back and after driving around the Chicago area for about a week, I checked again and found that the spare tire and rim had sagged about 4 inches. It doesn't have the ability to hold an 18" truck spare tire.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Quick guide
