Overpriced lenses with no quality

Based on my observations, these lenses are overpriced for their quality. They produce subpar images with lackluster sharpness, despite the hype surrounding them. The only positive aspect is their compatibility with a range of Fuji cameras. However, there are many other lens options available that offer better performance for a similar price.

Pros
  • Great image quality with rich colors and sharp details
Cons
  • Expensive compared to other entry-level cameras

stupid little lens in mirrorless cameras lenses

lens is small on my X Pro 1, focus is smooth, depth of field at f/1.4 is razor thin, bokeh is great, min focus distance is 0.35 meters. The aperture is less clicky, has a black chrome finish where the lens mates with the camera body which I like, tight stops at the min and max focus range. The lens is sharp almost corner-to-corner at f8, with some fringing at f1.4-f2 but controlled. The lens is packaged in a nice box and comes with a nice metal clasp on the cap. Buy it for $80. I added a cheap…

Interesting high quality lens with strong personality

I have liked manual lenses for a year and a half. I've tried almost everything there is for Fuji cameras. 7artisans 35/1.4 is pretty special. It is realistic, but at the same time has a cinematic quality. And, perhaps most notably, it does an excellent job both night and day. It's subtle, subtle and sensitive enough to capture the ongoing duel between shadow and light and how colors change depending on where they stand in this power struggle. For the first time I can say that I love the 35mm…
