In a full size truck it will stretch out enough to cover most items up to the top of the truck cab as long as your grounding clip is on top of the truck bed. I've had this for many years and it's a lifesaver with lots of movement and all unstable in the back of my truck. and lose; The good thing is that the hooks aren't on one side because you can adjust where you tie the net, but the downside is I've already lost at least four of them.
